Cheap and good food

We go to this location late at night most time. Despite them being close to closing, I have never felt our service suffered because of it. The staff is attentive too, they make really good fresco burritos. Which is especially needed with my fiancee's dairy allergy!

Bland taste; prep poor; not even much of teensie bits of meat in steak quesadilla. G- drink tastes disgusting like medicine. Food grew cold fast, was not hot enough.

They where realy friendly, food was kinda slow

The tacos were FAT anf delicious and so was the chulapa. The staff was friendly fast and efficient. Definitely coming here more often!

The food was made fresh. The location was safe. Staff was very kind, generous, and friendly love everything about the place. I will recommend others to visit this place and I will most definitely revisit myself.

This location was shockingly good! Restroom was actually clean and stocked, dining area was clean, and staff was really nice!

At 12:49 drive thru said their computer was about to shut down. 1 min later as we tried to order the female employee was very rude trying to rush the order then we attempted to order she said computers shut down. Wont come on till 1. But then they will be closed. We asked if we could order still. And she replied. I cant do nothing without the computer. So we had to leave the drive through.

Always messes up my order! I will not come back here again. I have to drive 5 miles away just to get to a better taco bell that has my food right and hot. I dont know what's going on but this location got issues.

There was a young colored woman taking my order after waiting eight minutes with nobody in front of me. I told her my order clearly specifically two times she read me back the order wrong starting to frustrate me I said is your microphone okay she said yes my microphone is fine I said okay I ordered it again she read it back to me and put three other things that I did not order on my menu I told her ma'am I did not say those other things she said yes you did I said I'm not going to argue with you I'm 58 years old I don't eat what you just put on my menu I know I didn't say that she came up with an attitude kind of yelling over the microphone telling me just pull up to the window very snotty when I pull up to the window I could see she was high on marijuana I could smell it through the window. A very kind younger Spanish man I think was apologizing for her and he was so kind apologize to me about four times very nice respectable young man but I won't go there again

I (or we) always visit after work. It's nice to never have anything missing from the orders. As well as it's never a long wait and the food always taste good. I have yet to run into the "we dont have that" problem. So again trying to get home to relax and eat, this taco bell is a breath of fresh air when it comes to fast food.

The cashier at the drive thru wasn't a friendly person, partial of our order wasn't correct, in overall it was okay.

The drive thru took forever. That was the longest wait time I have ever been in a drive thru. Worst experience ever.

My tacos were not stale at all they were delicious

I ordered my food told this lady adreienne what I wanted twice an when I turned around from getting my food an realized i didn't get a few things I ordered so I went back told then nicely what they didn't put in my bag an they said it'll be made fresh two loaded potato grilles with beef added an they have me two serving size bowls with my loaded griller inside with no burrito so after leaving coming back an thinking they would have the correct order this time around I was wrong again I just left an realized once again it wasn't correct so il just leave it at that. I'm never going back.

Clean, fast, courteous employees. But my burrito was so small that didn't fill me up. Don't think coming back to that location. I'm a burrito fanatic😞😞

I sent for a taco bowl with no rice and no beans and extra tomatoes. When I received my bowl I have no salsa and not one tomato, and I attached photos. I called the drive-thru to ask why I had neither and the lady said that she forgot to say that they were out of salsa which push me to go and get store-bought salsa. I normally love Taco Bell but as of tonight I was thoroughly pissed off with their poor customer service and I would like to receive a complimentary but I doubt that will happen from this location. Seeing as to the woman on the phone didn't even care about the fact that my order was not prepared properly and communication was horrible.

Awesome selection of drinks on the soda machine, friendly cashier, swift service, good food.

Only on Tuesdays might mess around and go on a Thursday tho

Horrible. Been standing here for 10 minutes while the girls in back make a bunch of free tacos for their boyfriends. But can't take my order. This is ridiculous.

The Taco Bell on 6611 w colonial dr Orlando is terrible. Ordered a beef quesarito and got a tortilla with beef rice a a hard shell taco please do something with the staff terrible

besides employee in drive thru liked to argue about what is on drive thru menu board, food was ok

When I got there, there was no line and I stood there and waited for a few minutes before ANYONE even acknowledged me (even though 3 ppl looked at me , said nothing and kept walking). The person that finally took my order looked like she hated life and her job. She didn't smile or say " how may I help you" . She just stood at the register, looked at me and expected me to read her mind I guess. When I got my burrito it was not even hot .Two thumbs dowb for this Taco Bell. 👎👎

Made mistakes forgot food could not explain offers well

Opens at 7am..door locked still at 720 am with workers inside unreal, then I went to McD's for some fresh sausage mcmuffins 😎

Constantly forgetting to complete the order correctly. I order for a family of 6 so it's a lot of food. At a glance it looks like everything is there.... until you get home and missing 6 items. Now I'm back to holding up the drive thru to make sure I have everything.

The food was good but the service was great and the tables were all wiped while we were there.I have never observed that happening it made for a plesant visit and the food was satisfying. The service was also prompt and customer friendly.

So They messed up my order. Was told on phone to come back.Today I went back after 3 days and they won’t replace order for me. Make sure to check order before leaving cause they always mess something up

Went at about 8pm on a Monday. Not much to say; had a regular taco bell experience. Except for Diamond who served us at the window. She seemed very professional. Enough to leave a good review about her. Thanks.
